Domaine Neige: the birthplace of Ice Cider

Nearly 25 years after its creation, La Face Cachée de la Pomme is now named «Domaine Neige». Logical! The new identity rises directly from its leading product, the Ice Cider, Neige. François Pouliot, president and founder of the cidery that he established in Hemmingford in 1994, says: «With a strong identity, Domaine Neige is ready to continue its growth and its leading place in new international markets». This means one will still find the same authentic outstanding ciders which have made the reputation of the estate in Quebec and around the world.

Interesting facts : the new sign of the estate has been crafted by local businesses like Ventax Graphic; Domaine Neige gives full time jobs to 25 people from the village and around; the cidery is the birthplace of Ice Cider in Quebec and in the world. Neige was the first cider to be named as an ice cider. Something we should all be proud of!
