A Word from the Mayors – COVID-19

Hello Everyone,
We are experiencing a situation that is totally unprecedented and which demands a number of adjustments. As you may have read in the communication that was distributed door to door, we have made the decision to close the Municipal Hall of the Village and the Township.This decision was made by each municipality in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees, but also of all our citizens. The personnel of the municipal offices remain at your service for any questions you may have.You can reach them by phone or by email.
Also, in response to government directives, we have closed the municipal library, as well as the Rec Centre. All classes that would normally be held there for the next few weeks, are therefore postponed.Please get in touch with the person in charge of your classes for all questions relative to rescheduling.
In order to limit the propagation of the virus, we are asking for your cooperation in respecting the directions of the Government of Quebec. We also invite you to regularly consult their official internet site for reliable updates and information:

We wish to sincerely thank those Hemmingford business that are adapting to this situation and are offering solutions to our vulnerable population. Example:free home delivery services. We are all very grateful.
