Annual General Meeting 2020 – Info Hemmingford Community Bulletin – Notice of Convocation

All members of Bulletin Communautaire Info Hemmingford are invited to participate in the Annual General Meeting, to be held on August 29, 2020 at the Recreation Centre, 550 Goyette Avenue, Hemmingford, at 2pm.

This will be the opportunity for you to become aware of upcoming projects and to share your suggestions with us. Your feedback is always greatly appreciated. The 2019 financial statements, as well as the 2020 budget, will be presented at the meeting and we will be holding elections for the administrators’ posts. Please note that only members can vote, and if you are not a member yet, you can become one by paying your yearly subscription ($5) or your lifetime member subscription ($20) before the meeting.

Considering the situation regarding Covid-19, we ask that you register by August 22 by phone at 450-2470137, or by email at infohemmingford@gmail.com so that we can organize the place in consequence of the number of members attending, and so that we can inform you if there is a last-minute change. Weather permitting, the meeting will take place outside behind the Rec Centre. Please bring a mask if necessary. Light refreshments will be served following the meeting. Welcome to all!
